Text components use MKDoc::Text_Structured to “smarten-up” text — nice things like em-dashes, smartquotes and © copyright symbols are automatically generated.
This should also happen for ‘Title’ and ‘Description’ text which are used all over MKDoc for various things.
Note that MKDoc::Text::Structured::Inline::process_entities_only() already has this functionality:
