double escaped & in link title attributes

FIXED, please upgrade to MKDoc-XML-0.75 or later

link components show double escaped & in title attributes.

Additionally, URLs with & characters are broken (in Text components)

…but not when magic hyperlinking URLs http://example.com/test.cgi?a=b&c=d
