Currently there is no way to tell if a ‘hit’ on an MKDoc document has come via an item in an MKDoc newsletter or RSS feed. For example, a typical RSS entry looks like this:
<item ... > <link> http://www.mkdoc.org.archived.website/bugs/ </link>
If it looked like this, we could do something useful with the information:
<item ... > <link> http://www.mkdoc.org.archived.website/bugs/?x=rss </link>
Something similar would be useful in the email newsletters.
